Quite an amazing send off for the 353rd unit! What an amazing experience for those “young” future PG’s too!!!

I was forwarded your write-up on the event by another PG member, so I forwarded onto my chapter so those that aren’t familiar with the PG get a better glimpse of some of your missions. Below is the response I received from one of our Blue Star Moms who’s loved one was in that unit that deployed.

Thank you so much for passing this information along. My son is one of the soldiers in the 353rd TC so we were there to witness this great service that the Patriot Guard Riders provides. I have to say there was not a dry eye on site for both days. My son and the rest of the unit felt honored that the PGR's were there. I cant express my feelings enough through email that will show how much that it meant for everyone to see the PGR there.

If you can please forward my email on to Tim Leonhardt, I would like for him to know how much their presence meant to everyone that attended both days of the 353's send off.
