I want to thank you and the Patriot Guard. I've talked with several of my friends who attended Jerry's sons funeral and they were so very impressed with the Patriot Guards presence. A very close friend of mine, who is retired Air Force, was there yesterday and he called me today and told me it was one of the most perfect military funerals he has ever been at and one of the most touching, with the Patriot Guard. He said you all should be most proud of yourselves and what you are doing. When I told him that I know one of the men in the Guard, that he was a friend of my husband's, he said he wished he had known what your name was and he would have looked you up and personally thanked your. My friends' brother was an Air Force pilot who lost his life in a training crash over 10 years ago, so he is very familiar with military funerals

I am so glad you were able to talk with Jerry. I'm sure that your being there meant so much to him and his family. What a tragic loss of a young life. I can't imagine what he is going through.

Well again, please let your fellow Patriot Guardsmen know what an impression they made on many of my friends at Lockheed Martin who were at the funeral in support of our friend and colleague.
